REMOTE ACCESS

Start Session

For Chrome Remote Desktop: To start your session, click the button below to open Chrome Remote Desktop, then click "Get Support." Once you do that, please call me and read me the access code. I will initiate a remote access session with your computer, and you will need to accept the request on your end. From there, I will be able to see and interact with your screen until the session ends.
For TeamViewer: (desktop and mobile versions) please open the TeamViewer app. Once we begin our session, I'll ask you for your access code so we can connect.
