For home visits, all services are priced at a flat rate of $70 for a 2 hour session. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $35/hr. Partial hours are rounded up. When working offsite, I do not bill for idle time between tasks, only for active time spent working on your devices. Special arrangements may be made, depending on a number of variables, for projects that are likely to take an excessive amount of time.
NEW! Remote sessions may be booked in 15-minute increments; the 2-hour minimum does not apply. If you choose to end the session prior to using the full amount of time you've paid for, that will not reduce the fee; however, I will be happy to continue assisting you with other tech issues until the end of our scheduled time. Appointments can be cancelled at a minimum of 24 hours in advance, and payment will be returned, though there will be a $5 cancellation fee.
