Unable to schedule a one-on-one appointment? No problem! I may be able to view and/or interact with your device(s) from a distance. This is ideal if you are having software issues with your computer or mobile device, but still have access to a WiFi or cellular connection. Time should be scheduled in advance using my booking system, which you will have the opportunity to do once your device has been configured for remote access. Remote assistance should be prepaid using the payment page, at a rate of $15 per 15 minutes. If you feel you will need more time and would prefer to pay by the hour, this can be done at the usual rate of $35/hr (without the $70 minimum that is required for home visits).
